Something broken, confusing, or missing? Write to us. Mix is made by a small team, and a real person reads every message that comes in.

What to tell us

You don't need any of this to write to us. When something has gone wrong, though, these four things let us skip a round of questions and get straight to the problem:

• your iPhone model and iOS version, both in Settings › General › About,
• the version of Mix you're running, shown at the bottom of the About screen in the app,
• what you were doing when it went wrong, and
• a screenshot or screen recording, if you can catch it.
